Ethical principles of editorial policy of the journal

"The Power of Law"

The editorial board of the journal "The Power of Law" (hereinafter - Edition) is guided with respect to itself and its authors by the conviction that joint action should be accomplished in accordance mith scientific principles of objectivity and professionalism.

Therefore, the responsibility for compliance with ethical standards is shared by all involved in the process of publishing and disseminating the results of research authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers.

The editorial boardfrom its part, in collaboration with authors is based on fairness, civility, honesty and transparency.

The publishing of an article under the name of the author assumes the appearance of copyright. The editors have a clear understanding that the publication of a not agreed with the author of the text article, as well as the introduction of unauthorized persons in the number of co-authors, constitute a violation of copyright.

The editors trust their authors.

The editorial board pays authors’ attention to the prevention of conflict of interests, calls on disclosing relationships with industry and financial institutions that could lead to a conflict of interests. All sources of financing should be indicated by the authors in the text of the article.

Ethical principles of authorship

The authors of the journal "The Power of Law" share the following ethical standards:

- the author is the only person to a great extent participated in writing of the work, in development of its concept, in scientific design, material collection, analysis and interpretation;

- if the author is not the only person, the consent of all authors to publish the article is obligatory. All co-authors must meet the criteria of who is the author;

- the author (s) guarantees (guarantee) that provided in the wording article has not been published previously and is not under consideration by another publication;

- the author is aware that the article should have provided scientific novelty. If the author in his study used any publications,corresponding bibliographic references must be made. Excessive borrowing and plagiarism, knowingly untrue statements are unacceptable;

- the author is responsible for the accuracy of the information on co-authors, information on the persons who assisted the study, and (or) the sources of funding for the work, the results which are described in the article;

- in the case of finding of a substantial error or inaccuracy in the article, the author is obliged to notify immediately the editorial board about it and cooperate with editors for the purpose of making appropriate correctives to the text of the article.

The editorial board is confident that the compliance to ethical principles ensures scientific publications a stable ideological foundation.
